Privacy policy of Simple Easy Flashlight

This policy explains what data the Simple Easy Flashlight app (in Spanish, «Linterna Simple y Fácil»; the "app") processes, why, and what your rights are.

What we do NOT do
- We have no servers of our own and require no sign-up or account.
- We do not access your location, contacts, photos, camera (we only turn on the flash) or microphone.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
1. Data stored on your phone
The app stores only on your device your preferences (turn on when opening, vibration, shake, strobe speed, chosen color), the extras you have unlocked and whether you bought "Remove ads". None of this data reaches us.
Motion sensors (accelerometer, compass) are read on the spot for the level, the compass and the "shake" feature; their readings are neither stored nor sent.
2. Advertising
The app is free thanks to advertising: a banner on the main screen, optional videos you choose to watch to unlock extras and, occasionally, a full-screen ad. Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited), which may process your device's advertising ID, IP address, technical device data and your interactions with ads, in order to show and measure them and prevent fraud.
The first time you open the app we ask for your consent through Google's form. If you don't give it, the ads you see will be non-personalized. You can change your choice in the app under Settings › Ad privacy, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. More information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
3. Purchases
"Remove ads" is bought through Google Play. Payment is handled by Google under its terms; we do not receive your payment details, only the confirmation that the purchase exists.
App permissions

Legal basis
Personalized advertising is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing. Handling the purchase is based on the performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b).
How to delete your Simple Easy Flashlight data
The developer (Appsconarte) keeps no copy of your data, so you can delete it yourself at any time:
- Everything stored by the app: in Android, Settings › Apps › Simple Easy Flashlight › Storage › Clear data, or uninstall the app.
- Advertising data: in the app, Settings › Ad privacy to withdraw consent, and in Android, Settings › Privacy › Ads › Delete advertising ID. Data already processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policy (policies.google.com/technologies/retention).
- If you prefer to ask us: write to infodeicer@gmail.com with the subject "Delete data – Simple Easy Flashlight". We will reply within 30 days.
What is kept: nothing in our systems. Your "Remove ads" purchase stays recorded in your Google Play account, which keeps it under its own policy so you can restore it if you reinstall the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to infodeicer@gmail.com. Regarding advertising and purchase data, you can also contact Google. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this same page with its update date.
